Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: August 2026

1. Commitment to Privacy

At DAG Cold Ledger, we prioritize user anonymity, data encryption, and sovereign key management. This Privacy Policy details how information is handled across our non-custodial infrastructure and web terminals.

2. Data Collection & Cryptographic Security

We adhere to strict data-minimization principles. Private keys, hardware seed phrases, and security keys generated for Quantum Ledgers are encrypted client-side or transmitted exclusively via zero-knowledge encrypted channels. DAG Cold Ledger never stores unencrypted private keys or seed phrases on remote database clusters.

3. Analytical Telemetry

To maintain system uptime, prevent denial-of-service attempts, and audit high-frequency execution nodes, we log localized technical telemetry including IP hash markers and device session signatures. This data is kept strictly confidential and purged automatically on regular intervals.

4. Third-Party Protocols

When interacting with decentralized liquidity pools (XRPL AMM, RLUSD stablecoin issuers, or validator nodes), on-chain transactions are broadcast directly to public ledger nodes. Public transaction hashes are recorded permanently on the ledger according to decentralized protocol standards.

5. Contact Information
