By accessing or utilizing the DAG Cold Ledger platform, dashboard terminals, or Quantum Ledger hardware provisioning interfaces, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Non-Custodial Operating Model
DAG Cold Ledger provides non-custodial software interfaces and hardware key management architecture. You retain sole custody, responsibility, and control over your private seed phrases, security keys, and digital asset wallets.
3. Risk Disclosure & Protocol Execution
Digital asset participation, automated trading bot execution, and yield farming involve market risks. Yield projections and historical strategy performance indicators do not guarantee future returns. Users must exercise independent due diligence.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use the terminal interfaces for unlawful financial activities, fraud, or unauthorized vulnerability probing. Accounts violating compliance standards are subject to immediate administrative suspension.
